Changes to Australian Working Holiday visa extension

Changes to Australian Working Holiday visa extension

From 31 August 2015, all applicants for a second Working Holiday visa (subclass 417) must provide pay slips with their application. This will help the Department of Immigration ensure that those on a Working Holiday visa are being paid properly, according to the law. Work undertaken on a voluntary basis or as an exchange for accommodation (such as under the Willing Workers on Organic Farms scheme) cannot be included in the required 88 hours of specified work. Work performed before 31 August 2015 will not require pay slip evidence. Click here for more information. http://migrationblog.border.gov.au/category/working-holiday/
